GE.S.A.C. S.p.A. – Gestione Servizi Aeroporti Campani – is the management company of the airports of Naples and Salerno, entrusted with a concession for the total management of both airports until 2045.
The restyling of the new web project of Naples Airport was entrusted to Infocube, with the support of the partner Kidea, and includes the presence of institutional areas, eshop and fidelity.
The demand
Exploring new horizons
The development of the new web project of Naples Airport required the definition of the graphic wireframe of the institutional, eshop and fidelity areas.
The need was also to guarantee a site accessible to all and to facilitate integration with airport systems for planned and real-time flight data.
Finally, to allow complete use for all devices.
The solution
Flying... surfing
Infocube developed the wireframe through the Figma design tool, respecting the logical navigation and content scheme.
Collaborated on the development of the HTML and CSS code for the use of the graphic interface from desktop and mobile.
It also used the Liferay platform, configuring the development of portlets and integration with airport systems for planned and real-time flight data; finally, it guaranteed accessibility to non-abled users.

What We Have Done
Configuration of software platforms in compliance with the specifications defined in the platform setting plan
Creation of the web portal structure through the creation of the sections and pages defined in the information architecture and the development of the graphic interface through the setting of the layouts and the publication of the graphic objects.
Creation of software solutions and verticalizations possibly foreseen in the development plan and their integration into existing platforms.
Migration of text and graphic content.
Publication of the prototype (beta version) to a test address (stage) to start the testing and refinement phase.
